Welcome to my site! Let me tell you a bit about myself:

I am a TESOL certified (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) English language teacher. I have taken 140 hours of classes to become certified to teach English to speaker’s of other languages. I also taught English in China, therefore I have hands-on experience in this field. I can provide a variety of English language services.

In our first meeting, we can discuss your goals and English speaking level. I will give you a free 20 minute demo to show you how I would teach you. Afterwards, if you decide we are a good fit we can outline a lesson plan and class times. I like to create customized English plans specific to your goals including a custom lesson program, written materials, vocabulary, and grammar.

Every student is different so I customize my teaching style to the student’s age, English level, goals, learning style, and personality.

• Oral English Are you strong in reading & writing but speak poorly? I can quickly improve students’ oral English to their reading level using fun exercises and materials.

• Test Preparation For TOEFL, IELTS, and SATs, most students have limited time before the test date and inefficient study habits. I help students fix their weaknesses, learn to study efficiently, and develop key preparation strategies.

• Interviews and Applications I have experience helping students in their preparation applying for U.S. visas, jobs, and international schools

• Teaching Children Keeping children’s attention and having fun is most important. I have games and projects I like to use to make learning English fun.
